Private Lessons are a great way to ensure that you are getting the most from your practice. They can also help you move through any “plateaus” or “stuck areas” you may be experiencing. Whether you are fairly new to Bikram yoga or have been coming for years, a private session will take your practice to a new level!
During the lesson, you will work on select postures of your choice, taking more time on each pose than in a normal class setting. This means you get to ask questions, and the teacher is solely focused on you. Please keep in mind that due to the time that will be spent discussing postures and particulars it is not possible to cover the entire series in one lesson.
It is recommended to have taken at least 10 classes before signing up for a Private Lesson. Exceptions may be made for people with unusual circumstances.

60 minutes – $75
90 minutes – $100
Like many, I fell in love with Bikram right away but there were times when the teacher’s instructions seemed like a foreign language or at least my body thought so! I knew I needed all sorts of corrections in my poses that could only be addressed one on one.
