Please be on time to class, out of respect for the yoga and your fellow classmates.
Doors lock 5 minutes before class, so it is important that you be at the studio 5 minutes prior to the class start time. This 5 minutes will give you enough time to sign in, get whatever you need for class, change clothes and be in the yoga room at class start time. Locking the doors 5 minutes early is necessary to ensure classes start on time without interruption. We hope you understand and take this into consideration when planning your drive.
If you are a new student, please be at the studio at least 20 minutes before class starts.
There is a waiver form for you to fill out. The instructor will also want to talk with you about what to expect during class as well as discuss any injuries or questions you may have. Giving sufficient time before your first class means that you will not be rushed and will be able to start your Bikram practice off informed and prepared.
